Brian Kim is an international business leader with over 25 years of leadership experience in the diverse field as a university, Christian NGO, engineering, mining, software, and management consulting experience. Being raised in a bicultural background with Korean heritage, he certainly knows the subtleties of many cultures and can navigate and manage people of diverse backgrounds. This cross-cultural experience in a business environment has led him to appreciate all people because we all share common core values despite our difference in culture, language, nation, history, and religion. Traveling and working and living in different countries and making friends and connecting through business and mission organizations, he saw the vast diversity of people and different ways of solving problems. This change in perspective and paradigm is an ongoing process; always changing and learning and realizing from new perspectives. His business career has been diverse, changing, always learning, non-linear, and surprising.
