Terms of Service
Kairos Pacific University Effective Date: September 14, 2026 Last Updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kairos.aeu.edu and any forms, chat features, or communications offered through it. Please read them before using the site.
By accessing this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About This Website
This website provides information about Kairos Pacific University and its academic programs, and allows prospective students to request information.
This website does not constitute an offer of admission. Submitting an inquiry form does not create an application, an enrollment agreement, or any obligation on the part of Kairos Pacific University to admit you. Admission decisions are made only through our formal application process and are communicated in writing.
2. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep program descriptions, tuition figures, schedules, accreditation statements, and licensure information on this site accurate and current. Program offerings, curriculum, costs, delivery formats, and requirements are subject to change.
The academic catalog is the authoritative source. Where anything on this website conflicts with the current Kairos Pacific University academic catalog or a signed enrollment agreement, the catalog and enrollment agreement control.
3. No Guarantee of Licensure, Certification, or Employment
Some of our programs are designed to align with the educational requirements for professional licensure in California, including requirements administered by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Completing a degree program is only one part of becoming licensed. Licensure and certification additionally require supervised clinical experience, examinations, background checks, and other requirements set by the licensing board, and those requirements are subject to change by the board at any time. Requirements differ in other states, and a program aligned to California requirements may not satisfy another state's requirements.
Kairos Pacific University does not guarantee that any student will obtain licensure, certification, employment, or any particular salary or career outcome. You are responsible for confirming current requirements directly with the applicable licensing board.
4. Your Submissions and Communications
When you submit a form or message through this site, you agree that:
-
The information you provide is accurate and is your own
-
The phone number you provide belongs to you, and you are authorized to consent to receive calls and text messages at that number
-
You will notify us if that phone number is reassigned or no longer belongs to you
Consent to electronic communication. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, phone, and — where you have separately checked the applicable box — text message. Text message terms, including opt-out instructions, are described in our Privacy Policy and in the consent language on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.
You may withdraw consent for text messages at any time by replying STOP, and for email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
