The Ph.D. in Organizational & Global Leadership with a concentration in Coaching & Mentoring prepares experienced leaders to develop individuals, teams, and organizations through strategic coaching, ethical leadership, and evidence-based mentoring practices from a Christian worldview. The program emphasizes leadership development, organizational transformation, identity formation, reflective practice, and effective coaching methodologies that foster lasting personal and professional growth.
