ACADEMIC PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES
The Ph.D. in Organizational & Global Leadership with a concentration in Coaching & Mentoring prepares experienced leaders to develop individuals, teams, and organizations through strategic coaching, ethical leadership, and evidence-based mentoring practices from a Christian worldview. The program emphasizes leadership development, organizational transformation, identity formation, reflective practice, and effective coaching methodologies that foster lasting personal and professional growth.

Students will demonstrate advanced competencies in organizational leadership, coaching, strategic planning, and scholarly research through successful completion of all program requirements.
