The Ph.D. in Organizational & Global Leadership with a concentration in Education prepares experienced educational leaders to strengthen teaching, learning, innovation, and organizational effectiveness through advanced leadership practices grounded in a Christian worldview. The program emphasizes educational leadership, learning theory, pedagogical innovation, educational technology, artificial intelligence, and strategic leadership for learning organizations.

Students will demonstrate advanced competencies in educational leadership, organizational strategy, research, and innovation through successful completion of all program requirements. The doctoral dissertation provides an opportunity to conduct original research that contributes to educational leadership scholarship and professional practice.
